1. We are a respectable and professional company of which a core part of our business operates in the highly regulated insurance sector, so we absolutely understand risk and this is why every vehicle stored with us is comprehensively insured up to your vehicle's full value.

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not have limits of insurance cover because in the unfortunate event of an incident or major loss, the last thing we want is for our customers to be underinsured and not indemnified for the full value of their vehicle should they ever need to make a claim. As such, we highly recommend you carefully read and understand all the terms and conditions applied when selecting a company to store your vehicle.

2. Because of our extensive insurance knowledge and expertise, we designed our car storage charging matrix around risk which is managed through our market leading management system 'ViSP' (VINTTROs Intelligent Solutions Platform)

We also don't think it's fair to charge a customer with a vehicle value of £5000, the same as a customer with a vehicle value of £500,000 and this is why we have value categories within our charging matrix.
