Our car storage facilities are protected by a state-of-the-art 24/7 police monitored alarm systems, internal and external CCTV, floor raising ram raid bollards, and door activation sensors. Plus we are comprehensively insured up to your vehicles full value providing you with the ultimate peace of mind.

We cover all of Suffolk, Ipswich, Needham Market, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Lavenham, Aldeburgh, Beccles, Framlingham, Eye, Sudbury, Southwold plus Norfolk and Essex such as Norwich, King's Lynn, Great Yarmouth, Colchester East Bergholt and Cambridgeshire.

Our packages are tailored to suit your requirements, from short, medium to long-term arrangements. You can also explore our flexible options which allow you to temporarily exchange your stored vehicle with another for a minimum period of one day to a maximum of twenty one days.

Our professional charges vary depending on the market value of your vehicle you wish to store with us and therefore, we will quote you a monthly cost based on what category your vehicle falls within. Category A is our lowest tariff and is designed for vehicles up to the value of £10,000.

However, as we store vehicles worth hundreds of thousands of pounds or even millions, these high end vehicles will understandably fall into a higher category and attract an increased monthly charge.

One thing you will not find us doing at VINTTRO is prejudicing lower value cars. We get as excited about a Mazda MX5 as we do a Maserati MC20!

1. We are a respectable and professional company of which a core part of our business operates in the highly regulated insurance sector, so we absolutely understand risk and this is why every vehicle stored with us is comprehensively insured up to your vehicle's full value.

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not have limits of insurance cover because in the unfortunate event of an incident or major loss, the last thing we want is for our customers to be underinsured and not indemnified for the full value of their vehicle should you ever need to make a claim. As such, we highly recommend you carefully read and understand all the terms and conditions applied when selecting a company to store your vehicle.

2. Because of our extensive insurance knowledge and expertise, we designed our car storage charging matrix around risk which is managed through our market leading management system 'ViSP' (VINTTROs Intelligent Solutions Platform)

We also don't think it's fair to charge a customer with a vehicle value of £5000, the same as a customer with a vehicle value of £500,000 and this is why we have value categories within our charging matrix.

We highly recommend you protect your vehicle with a cover and connect a Ctek battery conditioner whilst in storage. We are happy for you to provide these yourself, or if you prefer you can purchase these from us or even rent them on a monthly basis.

Before you cover your vehicle for storage we highly recommend a base or express clean to remove all road dirt, debris and salt. However, this is completely your choice. The express clean includes two bucket wash, snow foam, hot air, towel dry and interior vacuum. Our full detailing pricing is here.

When you present us with your cherished vehicle we make this a very simple procedure. We will undertake the "booking in" process using our bespoke management system, ViSP.

              > You will be assigned a unique id to your individual profile and your vehicle

              > Undertake a full condition report including photographs

              > Your vehicles keys will be tagged and securely stored in our safe

              > Interior protection applied to the driver’s seat, steering wheel and footwell
